Returns and Exchanges
The following items are not eligible for returns/exchanges:
- Custom-made orders;
- Discounted items/Combo deals;
- Wholesale orders;
- Accessories (headbands, etc.)
Eligible items should fulfill the following conditions:
- Be unaltered, unwashed, tagged and in their original packaging;
- Should be without stains from deodorants, makeup or other similar products;
- Must be returned within three (3) days of receipt for local orders, and ten (10) days for international orders.
Complaints on returned items will be reviewed and the delivery date for the replacement if available, will be communicated to the customer.
Where a replacement is not available, the customer will receive store credit for their order.
Delivery fees for replacement in the event of an exchange are borne by the customer.
